Double R Guest Ranch

Established in 1908 and located in the idyllic sand hills of Nebraska, the Double R Ranch offers wide-open horseback riding through grassy meadows and along rolling hills through nearby cow trails. Note, there is an extra fee for riding, but it’s well worth the extra expense as the surrounding landscape is too picturesque to pass up. For the non-riding crowd, there are plenty of other activities on the property – namely hunting & fishing. The local whitetail population keeps hunters of all levels quite busy, as does the surrounding Grouse/Pheasant/Ducks/Geese contingent for bird hunters. The local spring-fed lakes also provide a quiet escape for the fishers in your family.
