Our rates & structure are a little different than the typical dude ranch directory, so we thought we’d share our main points of difference before sharing costs.

  1. It’s Free to List

    2. First off, every ranch is allowed a free general listing on the site – No submission fee is necessary. We didn’t find it fair to list only paying ranches, and our site visitors agreed with us (as they want to see as many ranch choices when they plan their vacation). If you’re a ranch operator & notice your ranch isn’t listed yet, drop us a line and we’ll happily get you in the insertion queue. To keep DudeRanch.com funded & operational, though, we offer Ranches expanded sponsorship opportunities across the site.

  2. Super Sized Sponsorships

    3. Like we mentioned, sponsorship opportunities (i.e. Tile Ads) are offered across the site to help keep the lights on (so to speak). And they aren’t tiny ‘squint your eyes‘ sized ads – they’re considered some of the largest in the industry, measuring 530 pixels wide and 300 pixels high (see the 63 Ranch sponsorship of the Montana page as an example). Ranches have the opportunity to sponsor their home state page, the DudeRanch.com homepage, or the Right Navigational bar (which appears across the entire site). Rates start at $500/year and conservatively rise from there. If you’re curious to try, give us a shout – we’ve been known to give away trial ads for free : )

  3. Complimentary Graphic Design Help

    4. Graphic design services can get pricey, so to keep your costs low, we offer complimentary design help when creating tile sponsorships for the site. All free. All the time.

  4. We Promote the Guest Ranch Vacation Industry

    5. We currently invest over $5,000 a year marketing & promoting the dude ranch vacation industry to the American & Canadian public, so we receive a nice mix of visitors to the site – some new to the idea of a ranch vacation, and others seasoned vets who are simply narrowing down their choice of a ranch to visit. The vast majority of funds we receive from sponsorships are directly re-invested back into promotion to ensure consistent site growth & a nice steady stream of visitors throughout the year.

  5. Targeted Traffic

    6. As of January 2013, we welcome over 6,000 unique visitors a month to the site, with over 20,000 page views registered every 30 days. On a yearly basis, that equals over 70,000 visitors and 240,000 page views. These stats are verified by our analytics partners Google Analytics and can be shared anytime.
